Eastern Kitchen Sanuki Udon is made from wheat flour. Sanuki Udon is unique as the noodle has a square shape and flat edges and a chewy texture. Sanuki Udon is very versatile and can be served hot (e.g. in a soup), warm (e.g. kamatama udon) or served chilled (e.g. zara udon) with a dipping sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook from frozen
Stove top:
Unwrap frozen udon block and cook in boiling water for one minute or until al dente.
Microwave:
Place wrapped frozen udon block in a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 2 minutes.
